Singing

Welcome to Singing Club!
 
When: Tuesdays, 3:15pm - 4pm

Open to: Y1-6 
Lead by: Miss Shepherd
 
Here at St Paul's, we are very proud of our singing club. Since starting back in 2022, they have represented the school on a number of occasions within the local community.
 
As a school, we are part of the intergenerational project, creating opportunities for the children to interact with the older generations. We have visited a number of care homes in the area, to perform for them and engage in conversation and games.

This week, we took the opportunity to practise some of our school acts of worship songs!

We have a special CAST Mass coming up on Wednesday 22nd May, where we have been asked to perform some of these songs.

This week, we added a few more songs to our setlist in preparation for our upcoming trip to Butter Lodge care home!

This week, we continued learning Proud Mary and we also started to learn Let it Be by the Beatles, as well as Disney's Beauty and The Beast.

It's great to be back after the Easter holidays:
This week, we reviewed some of our songs from last term, including, Life is a Highway and A Million Dreams. We also started to learn Proud Mary, at Mrs Hensman's request!
